Serving Suggestions:

- complete meal: add an amount roughly equal to the size of your bird’s head to a food dish and sprinkle with a several drops of water or fruit juice
- sprinkle on a few millet seeds for enticement if needed

Tri-color quinoa (organic, soaked overnight in filtered water to initiate sprouting)
Watercress (fresh, raw)
Carrots (fresh, raw)
Malanga root vegetable (roasted)
Blueberries (fresh, raw)
Yellow squash (roasted)
Zucchini (roasted)
Cantaloupe (fresh, raw)
Walnuts (raw)
Moringa powder (organic)

Freeze-dried to maintain at least 97% of nutritional value. Packaged in re-sealable mylar bag as shown in pictures. Approx 1 cup.
